IRis ophthalmic imager – Multispectral iris imaging
IRisTM is an imaging device that uses a patented infrared imaging technology to evaluate the iris, the pigmented structure at the anterior of the eye. The technique behind IRisTM has been shown in clinical studies to detect pigment dispersion syndrome, iridociliary cysts, and other diseases of the iris non-invasively. IRisTM has built-in software that automatically detects and characterizes iris defects caused by pigment disperson syndrome (PDS). This product developed with funding from the National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health.
