pipelineMAX neuroimaging workflow software

pipelineMAX^TM is Predictek’s proprietary neuroimaging data analysis workflow environment. In pipelineMAX^TM, image analysis procedures are built graphically as flowcharts (see movie below), while corresponding software is automatically generated. Complex analysis pipelines can be built rapidly, allowing for large-scale optimization that maximizes sensitivity and robustness of drug and disease studies.

pipelineMAX^TM performs automated optimized analyses of PET or fMRI images on Predictek’s computing cluster. pipelineMAX^TM features state-of-the-art machine learning models, as well as more-traditional general linear model (GLM) and partial least squares (PLS) analyses. pipelineMAX^TM archives every detail of the analysis procedure, allowing studies to be repeated precisely, and facilitating 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
